Queens will be posted on Tuesday's 1st class Royal mail or next day (express) delivery.

We do not accept returns as we cannot re-sell returned queens.

All dead-on arrival queens can be replaced if clear image of the deceased queen with the number clearly visible is emailed to us on the day of arrival. we will only replace the order once (we will not replace a replacement).
